Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide essential administrative support to Executives, ensuring efficient operations across various functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach to handling multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary Management: Manage online diaries, schedule appointments, and ensure timely attendance at meetings with necessary documentation.
  • Call and Email Management: Handle calls and monitor emails for Executives, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, including managing catering and IT needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Proofread documents, maintain filing systems, and manage contact databases.
  • Confidentiality: Exercise discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably as an executive assistant, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with real estate management is a plus but not required.
