- Diary Management: Manage online diaries, schedule appointments, and ensure timely attendance at meetings with necessary documentation.
- Call and Email Management: Handle calls and monitor emails for Executives, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, including managing catering and IT needs.
- Administrative Tasks: Proofread documents, maintain filing systems, and manage contact databases.
- Confidentiality: Exercise discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
