Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Design and develop menus centered on authentic Italian cuisine with international influences.
  • Maintain strict control over food costs, purchasing, inventory, and kitchen budgets.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff while fostering a strong culinary culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with management on menu engineering, seasonal updates, and concept development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and oversee ingredient sourcing.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as Executive Chef or Head Chef in upscale or fine dining restaurants.
  • Strong background in Italian cuisine with knowledge of international culinary techniques.
  • Experience leading large kitchen teams in high volume environments.
  • Strong understanding of food cost control, kitchen management, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
