We are seeking a talented and dedicated Human Resources Officer to manage our HR operations in Jeddah, Makkah. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in day-to-day HR activities and contribute to our commitment to excellence in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and upload employee contracts to Qiwa and other government platforms.
  • Regularly update employee records in Qiwa to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely salary payments and deductions as per regulations.
  • Oversee attendance management, integrating data with payroll systems.
  • Serve as the main liaison with Saudi government portals such as GOSI, MOFA, and HRDF.
  • Ensure timely processing of work permits, visas, and employment renewals.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Support Saudization initiatives and HR operations related to government requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College.

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years HR experience, with expertise in government platform management.
  • Very Good Computer Skills in using Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Qiwa, GOSI, MOFA, payroll, attendance systems, and related portals.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi labor laws and compliance.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

  • Good knowledge of Saudi labor systems and regulations.
  • High communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and organize time.
  • Negotiation skills and relationship management.
  • Fluency in Arabic, preferably with proficiency in English.
