Opportunity Type: Training (Tamheer)

Job Description:
We are looking for an HR intern to join the operations team, where they will contribute to supporting and implementing daily procedures related to HR operations, and gain practical experience in a professional environment focused on efficiency and organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR operations in coordination with the operations team.
  • Contribute to managing and updating employee data in internal systems.
  • Assist in preparing and following up on contracts and job files.
  • Monitor attendance and departure and prepare related reports.
  • Coordinate with various departments regarding HR requests.
  • Support recruitment procedures, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Contribute to improving and documenting work procedures within the department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally in the field of Human Resources.

Tamheer Program Conditions:

  • The applicant must not currently be registered in social insurance.
  • The duration of their previous registration in social insurance must not exceed one year.

Working Hours:
From 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Working Days:
5 days a week

Vacation:
Two days 

Training Duration:
6 months
