We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist at 4 Horizons Group, located in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is crucial for fostering a positive work environment and supporting our team throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Lifecycle & Records: Manage HR documentation, lead onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure the secure maintenance of employee records.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Support hiring efforts by screening candidates, preparing job postings, and coordinating interviews, while maintaining a professional communication tone.
• Compensation, Benefits & Compliance: Process payroll, maintain tracking of leaves and benefits, and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
• Culture, Engagement & Performance Support: Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values and support management in performance reviews and internal communications.
• HR Systems, Policies & Reporting: Maintain HR systems, prepare reports, and communicate policies effectively to all staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles.
• Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with high emotional maturity and interpersonal skills.
• Currently residing in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Position Overview:
As HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key HR functions such as contract administration, employee relations, policy management, medical insurance, QIWA Platform, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with the HR Manager and the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations, maintain employee satisfaction, and align HR practices with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employment Letters, Data and Documentation: Create, manage, and distribute official employment letters such as certificates of employment, salary verification, and other necessary employee documentation.
• Contract Administration: Handle employment contracts, addendums, renewal letters, and employment letters, ensuring all agreements are up to date and legally compliant.
• End-of-Service (EOS) Calculations: Ensure EOS calculations are accurate and compliant with school policies.
• Policies & Procedures Compliance: Assist in developing, maintaining, and ensuring school policies are compliant with Saudi labor laws.
• Government Systems: Handle government systems such as QIWA and Ajeer, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
• Employee Relations: Support managers in resolving employee relations issues and ensuring legal compliance.
• Regulatory Affairs: Ensure all HR matters comply with local regulations.
• Legal Liaison: Coordinate with the school’s lawyer on HR-related legal matters.
• Medical/Life Insurance: Handle the school’s insurance programs and ensure compliance.
• Labor Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws in all HR processes.
• Onboarding and Offboarding Process Support: Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support HR Operations: Assist in other HR functions as required.
• Payroll Coordination: Work closely with the payroll clerk to manage employee changes.
• System Implementation: Participate in implementing HR systems and ensuring data accuracy.
