AJIL Financial Services Company is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our IT operations in a regulated financial services environment. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the reliability and availability of critical systems while managing internal teams and vendors across various IT functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily IT operations to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Ensure the reliability of critical systems.
  • Enforce ITSM processes and supervise internal teams and vendors.
  • Manage enterprise firewalls and infrastructure management functions.

Requirements and Skills:
  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience and at least 3 years in IT operations leadership.
  • Experience in the financial sector is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification and Networking certification required.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms, enterprise firewalls, and ITSM practices.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
