Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, focusing on IT, cybersecurity, and professional services.
  • Manage the procurement process, from requirements gathering to supplier selection and purchase order execution.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory frameworks.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to support effective decision-making.
  • Lead supplier onboarding and conduct internal training on procurement best practices.
  • Analyze spend data to propose cost-saving strategies.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as required by the direct manager.

About You:
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.
  • Experience in IT and cybersecurity procurement.
  • Track record of delivering savings through strategic sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP tools such as SAP Ariba or Oracle.

About the Role:

  • 24 years of proven experience in procurement (local and/or international).
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
