21 Receiving visitors and welcoming them in a manner befitting the overall appearance of the center. 22 Opening new files for patients, which includes entering patient data, photographing their identities, having them sign the general consent, introducing them to their rights and responsibilities, and providing them with a document of rights and responsibilities and a patient guide. 23 Conducting examinations and reviews for new patients and follow-up patients and booking appointments for clinics. 24 Entering service codes and billing patients and printing service invoices (laboratory - x-rays - analyses). 25 Creating hospitalization files for patients, which includes writing patient information on the hospitalization form and signing a commitment to pay the cost of the operation/birth/medical service. 26 Discharging hospitalized patients after ensuring all dues have been paid. 27 Assisting visitors in reaching the nearest employee who can serve them. 28 Providing assistance in communication between the patient and the doctor. 29 Providing patients and visitors with general information about the various departments and centers of the facility (such as working hours, phone numbers, description of directions, etc.). 210 Receiving patient complaints and directing them according to the established system for complaint policies.
