🎯 Job Objective

Manage the company's front office with high professionalism, represent the corporate identity in front of visitors and clients, ensuring the efficiency of organizing communications and daily reception.


🧩 Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Receive visitors and clients and direct them according to the approved procedures
  • Manage phone calls and transfer them to the relevant departments
  • Organize appointments and meetings and schedule visits
  • Supervise incoming and outgoing mail (both electronic and paper)
  • Support internal departments in daily administrative tasks
  • Maintain an organized and professional reception environment

📌 Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree (Business Administration or related field)
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service (preferred)
  • High communication skills and tact in dealing
  • Proficiency in computer use (Microsoft Office)
  • Good command of the English language
