What you will be doing:

  • Respond positively to sales inquiries to generate future leads.
  • Identify potential sales leads.
  • Deliver professional responses to all customer inquiries, ensuring reservations are accurately completed.
  • Provide prompt, efficient service while adhering to brand standards.

  • Previous experience in a Reservations environment.
