Join Hilton as a Cluster Reservation Agent

As a Cluster Reservations Agent, you will be the main contact for room reservations at Hilton and play a crucial role in influencing guests' decisions to stay at our properties. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver excellent customer service while managing inquiries effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert inquiries into contracted business swiftly.
  • Respond positively to sales inquiries to generate future sales leads.
  • Identify potential sales leads as needed.
  • Ensure all reservations are accurately completed to meet guests' expectations.
  • Maintain prompt service while adhering to Hilton's brand standards.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a passion for customer service, possess strong communication skills, and excel in administration and organizational tasks. Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage. A tertiary qualification or collegiate-level degree is preferred.
