We invite you to join Makkah Clock Royal Tower, a Fairmont Hotel, as our new Reservations Agent. This unique hotel, located steps away from the Masjid Al Haraam, sets the standard for luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online with professionalism.
  • Convert enquiries into bookings with personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, capturing preferences and requests.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams for operational efficiency.
  • Manage room allocations and special requests attentively.
  • Support VIP bookings with bespoke arrangements.
  • Process payments and handle billing information.
  • Respond to guest inquiries about rates and availability.
  • Promote upselling opportunities like room upgrades.
  • Ensure accuracy of reservations in the PMS and booking systems.
  • Assist with group reservations as needed.
  • Resolve booking issues with discretion.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Previous experience in Reservations or Guest Services.
  • Proficiency in reservation and property management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
