Join Cartier as an Area Sales Manager!
With a strong presence across the region, Cartier is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and enhance the performance of our boutiques in Jeddah and Khobar. This role is pivotal in driving commercial performance and contributing to business growth across our boutique network.

Your Mission:
  • Drive Commercial Performance: Lead and enhance boutique performance across key KPIs, implement targeted action plans to achieve objectives, and analyze market trends.
  • Lead & Develop Teams: Coach and support Boutique Managers and retail teams, contribute to talent development, and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Elevate Client Experience: Champion a client-centric mindset, drive CRM initiatives, and build relationships with key clients.
  • Ensure Operational & Commercial Excellence: Oversee boutique operations, monitor stock management, and support improvements.
  • Act as an Ambassador of the Maison: Uphold Cartier’s image and collaborate with local and international stakeholders.

What You Bring:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop large teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and interpersonal skills.
  • A background in luxury retail is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
