Key Accountabilities:

Identify and evaluate FM business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
Generate qualified leads through networking, client visits, and events.
Build and maintain relationships with private-sector clients and decision-makers.
Support proposal development ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
Lead commercial negotiations and finalize contracts.
Track performance using CRM tools and prepare market development reports.
Represent Zahid Group at industry events and exhibitions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a Facilities Management service provider in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven success in business development and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of FM market dynamics and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Brief

Responsibilities:

Assist national representatives to track silo clue business opportunities, provide customers with project quotations and track the completion of new signatures.
