Key Accountabilities:
  • Identify and evaluate FM business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, client visits, and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with private-sector clients and decision-makers.
  • Support proposal development ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and finalize contracts.
  • Track performance using CRM tools and prepare market development reports.
  • Represent Zahid Group at industry events and exhibitions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a Facilities Management service provider in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven success in business development and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of FM market dynamics and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
