Responsibilities:
  • Champion customer service standards in line with company guidelines.
  • Understand customer needs and ensure exceptional experiences.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and escalate as necessary.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through thorough product knowledge.
  • Maintain store standards including cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Comply with store security policies to minimize stock loss.
  • Use advanced selling skills to support customer needs and generate high-value transactions.
  • Assist customers in finding merchandise in other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands if not available in-store.

Requirements:
  • High School Certificate
  • 12 years of industry experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia.
