Responsibilities:
  • Attract new projects and convert them into signed contracts.
  • Manage project sales.
  • Maintain a direct and established network of relationships with developers, consultants, project owners, contractors, and project management companies.
  • Achieve specified revenue targets.

Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project sales or business development (preferably in the contracting sector).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work towards goals and link performance to revenue.
  • Seriousness and commitment to achieving results.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle.
  • A university degree in a relevant field, or certified courses in sales/business development/contracting.
