Role Purpose
Build business by identifying and selling Fit-Out/Ceiling solutions while maintaining existing relationships with customers. Responsibilities include managing and interpreting customer requirements, persuading clients, and responding to customer queries related to product presentations, demonstrations, and achieving financial targets.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Proven experience in working on large projects and generating new sales leads.
- Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills along with fostering customer relationships.
- Ability to prospect, forecast, prepare sales presentations, and negotiate sales leads.
- Foster relationships with new clients through contract negotiations and installations.
- Visit sites to evaluate needs and promote products and services.
- Preferred market knowledge within Saudi Arabia, particularly in the Western/Southern region.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or any related field.

Required Years Of Experience
- Field Sales Experience of 5+ years in the Fit-Out/Ceiling projects/B2B field.
