• Leading the sales team to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.
• Conducting regular market visits to monitor changes and gather insights.
• Ensuring compliance with promotional plans and administrative tasks.
• Developing strong relationships with key customers and stockists.
• Implementing effective training and development strategies for sales personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise sales representatives and ensure they meet performance targets.
• Analyze business performance and develop future action plans.
• Conduct market visits and communicate fluctuations to management.
• Organize the sales team to achieve profitability and market share goals.

Qualifications:
- 36 years of sales experience in FMCG
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Results-driven with excellent customer focus and communication skills
- BA degree and computer literacy required.
