In this leadership role, you will manage the operations of the Purchasing, Receiving, and Storeroom Department ensuring all departments have the necessary supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee purchasing operations to meet hotel needs.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and ensure integrity in purchasing.
  • Conduct competitive bids and manage purchasing contracts.
  • Lead talent development within the purchasing team.
  • Implement internal controls and compliance with policies.
  • Monitor costs and conduct quality control audits.
  • Support the hotel’s Safety Committee and Green initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in hotel purchasing and cost management.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports and deliver presentations effectively.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
