Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with potential clients.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales management or a similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the local market and business culture in Madinah, Saudi Arabia (preferred).
