In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, ensuring optimal air quality and temperature control for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, and other equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance for pools and spas.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures and report any maintenance issues.
• Provide excellent service to our guests by managing their needs professionally.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.

Required Qualifications:

• EPA Universal Certification.
• Driver's License.
