As a key member of our team, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire hotel. Your role will involve a variety of responsibilities performed to the highest standards, including:
  • Allocating work duties to Team Members
  • Performing routine inspections of all rooms
  • Reporting and following up on maintenance issues
  • Managing and training Room Attendants
  • Ensuring adherence to hotel brand standards

Candidate Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role
  • A successful track record of managing a team
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • An attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Office

  • Assist with inventory and ensure proper handling and maintenance of housekeeping machines and equipment.

Qualifications:
You should ideally have a diploma or vocational training in hospitality with previous minor supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel.

Skills Required:
  • Good command of written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy and previous experience with Opera are advantageous.
  • Understanding of hotel operations and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
