About the Role:

  • KSA Labour Law Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices, employment contracts, and separations strictly adhere to the latest KSA Ministry of Human Resources & Nitaqat regulations.
  • Onboarding & Mobilization: Manage the complete onboarding process, including visa processing coordination, medical checks, and site-specific safety inductions for newly joined labor.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for site-based labor, addressing grievances, managing payroll inquiries, and ensuring welfare standards are met.
  • Document Management: Maintain meticulous digital and physical records of employee files, certifications, and project-specific deployment logs.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on recruitment funnels, turnover rates, and manpower availability for upcoming projects.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Expertise: 6-10 years of hands-on experience in HR, specifically focused on the high-volume recruitment of blue-collar workers for industrial/Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Legal Proficiency: Solid knowledge of the KSA Labour Law and MHRSD processes regarding labor hiring, cancellation, and contract management.
  • Industrial Acumen: Understanding of the specific skill sets required in Oil & Gas (*, certification requirements for welders, safety standards, and NDT technicians).
  • Project Management Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously under tight project deadlines.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
