You will play a vital role in workforce planning, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and assisting in daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and workplace matters.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and best practices.
- Experience with HR policies, employee relations, and personnel management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
