Join My Clinic, a leading multispecialty outpatient care provider in Saudi Arabia! Our mission is to help people live longer, healthier, and happier lives while delivering exceptional healthcare services. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Receptionist to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Submit periodic progress reports on the strategic plans and operations of the Patient Experience Unit.
  • Handle all aspects of patient experience, including their treatment and overall stay at My Clinic’s facility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map the patient journey from admission to discharge, identifying touchpoints for improvement.
  • Communicate with patients to determine their needs and identify a path toward treatment and progress.
  • Empathize with patient concerns and help replace anxiety with peace of mind.
  • Resolve patient complaints, working with relevant departments to address issues promptly.
  • Correspond with care providers to familiarize them with individual patient needs and preferences.
  • Implement patient-focused programs and supervise training programs for healthcare staff.
  • Generate and deliver reports on patient progress and overall status.
  • Perform other professional duties as assigned.

Education / Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in customer service, contact center, call center, or customer care position.

Experts & Skills:
  • Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong empathy and compassion for understanding and addressing emotional needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with patients and healthcare staff.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
