Your Responsibilities:

• Manage total operations of the restaurant ensuring memorable guest experiences.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of approximately 12 employees fostering a positive, performance-driven culture.
• Ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and oversee planning, cost control, and operational processes.
• Actively engage in shaping processes, offering suggestions for service quality, and managing purchasing and inventory.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed a hospitality degree, ideally as a chef, with at least 3 years of leadership experience (hospitality school is an advantage).
• Warm personality and hands-on mentality to motivate your team and delight guests.
• Business acumen with experience in managing costs, budgets, and operations.
• Independent, resilient, and connected thinking; lead your team with clarity and teamwork.
• A valid Driver's License (Category B).

A10 Networks, Inc is seeking a talented and experienced Regional Sales Manager to identify and qualify business opportunities within the Enterprise, Public Sector, and Service Provider markets. As a vital member of our sales team, you will engage with partners to negotiate, coordinate, and finalize business deals while achieving sales quotas and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify business opportunities within targeted markets.
