Key Responsibilities:

- Keeping teams updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- 510 years of relevant experience in sales within the lighting or technical products industry.
- Proficiency in English and local language(s) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily kitchen activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor food preparation to ensure quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Assign tasks and schedule daily shifts to ensure optimal productivity.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist in training and developing kitchen staff performance.
• Coordinate with procurement and quality teams for proper supply and storage.
• Oversee the implementation of daily operational instructions and ensure team compliance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
