Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Aftermarket Spare Parts Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical product knowledge with strategic account management to drive revenue and maximize customer satisfaction within our inter-company channel. This role is a critical link between our customer and our internal operations, ensuring seamless execution from sales strategy to order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic sales and account growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed ambitious revenue and growth targets for the assigned channel. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Operational collaboration: Collaborate with inter-company account operations to align sales forecasts with stock planning and inventory management.
  • Technical expertise and customer support: Provide technical support and product expertise to assist customers in troubleshooting issues and recommending optimal spare parts.
  • Market and customer analysis: Gather and interpret customer feedback and market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify and implement solutions to increase sales efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Demonstrable experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications include experience in HVAC, automotive, or industrial machinery sectors.
