Join Daikin Saudi as a Dealer Sales Engineer – DX & VRV!
Are you an experienced sales professional looking to make a significant impact in the HVAC-R industry? At Daikin, we're offering a unique opportunity to drive our DX & VRV Products business across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

About the Role
As a Dealer Sales Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for developing and managing dealer relationships to maximize sales of our Split, Ducted, VRV, and Packaged DX Solutions. Your role will focus on:
  • Driving sales through the dealer network and achieving sales targets.
  • Identifying and developing new dealers.
  • Building strong relationships with existing dealers.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to dealers.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular visits to dealers and customers to stimulate demand and track sales pipeline.
  • Ensure timely submissions of quotations and follow-ups to convert opportunities.
  • Monitor dealer performance and implement improvement plans.
  • Deliver training to dealer sales teams on our products and competitive positioning.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Dealer/Channel management for DX & VRV Products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of DX & VRV systems.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.
