Elaf Group is a premier leader in the Middle East Travel & Tourism industry, providing exclusive travel, tourism, and hotel accommodation services. We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to design and implement strategic sales plans that will expand our customer base and ensure strong market presence.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Determine annual unit and gross profit plans through marketing strategies and analysis of trends.
  • Maintain sales volume and product mix by staying updated with market conditions and competitors.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify emerging markets and implement national sales programs with field sales action plans.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks.

Qualifications:
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of sales experience in a successful sales management role.

Skills:
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and good presentation skills.
