About the Role:
A Sales Manager at Hilton plays a pivotal role in analyzing local market trends and competitor activity, recommending strategies to keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.
  • Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the hotel, increasing market share.
  • Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients.
  • Implement creative local marketing channels, including social media.
  • Prepare company contracts in accordance with current business conditions.
  • Work within business strategies and recognize potential opportunities.
  • Cooperate with other departments to create exceptional guest experiences.
  • Attend sales events as required.
  • Produce accurate reports that meet the needs of senior management.
  • Answer customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage staff performance in line with company policies.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the sales team.
