eMagine Solutions is excited to announce an opportunity for a Salesperson on behalf of a multinational FMCG company in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a field-based environment and are passionate about building relationships while driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of independent Food Service customers across Makkah and surrounding areas.
- Drive sales, visibility, and product availability in your designated territory.
- Prospect and open new accounts while converting leads into active customers.
- Establish strong customer relationships and resolve queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Sales Excellence, Finance, Logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain weekly and monthly reporting, along with basic sales administration.
- Support special sales initiatives, including promotions and stock clearance.
- Manage collections and overdue payments professionally.
- Adhere to all company Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or administrative discipline preferred.
- Proven FMCG sales experience, with a preference for those who have exposure to Food Service.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Problem-solving ability and comfort in handling objections in the field.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proficient in reporting.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills are desirable.
- Fluent in Arabic; basic English (spoken/written) preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and achieve deadlines.
