Human Resources and Government Affairs Coordinator Required – Office of the CEO

A company in Riyadh is looking for a reliable and organized employee to work in the CEO's office, to support administrative tasks, follow up on employee files, and manage government transactions through Saudi platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO in daily administrative tasks.
  • Organize employee files, contracts, and residency.
  • Follow up on transactions related to power, durations, residency, insurance, Absher business, the chamber of commerce, the Ministry of Commerce, Baladi, Zakat and tax, and Ijar.
  • Follow up on expiration dates of documents and licenses.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and follow-up schedules.
  • Coordinate with employees, suppliers, and external entities.

Requirements:

  • Experience of one to three years in human resources, administration, or governmental transactions.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi governmental platforms.
  • Proficiency in Arabic.
  • Proficiency in using Word and Excel.
  • Integrity, organization, follow-up, and commitment.
  • Presence in Riyadh.

Salary: determined based on experience and competence
Start: immediate preferred
