At Aljabr Rent a Car, we take pride in setting industry standards in vehicle rental services in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to represent our company and ensure our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the face of the company to clients.
  • Protect the company’s image at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee maintenance of the administrative premises.
  • Ensure the safety systems in the building and liaise with safety companies.
  • Monitor the maintenance of elevators.
  • Coordinate office furnishing, decoration, and maintenance as needed.
  • Supervise security staff and ensure adherence to working hours, submitting monthly work hour reports.
  • Manage parking arrangements.
  • Coordinate with cleaning and pest control companies to ensure building cleanliness.
  • Monitor employee attendance.
  • Assist in area management logistics including meetings, training courses, and events.
  • Schedule appointments for area management.
  • Handle all telephone inquiries politely and informatively.
  • Perform other tasks as required by area management.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree related to the field.
  • 12 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Saudi nationality.
