Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant!

Reception Duties:
  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
  • Prepare refreshments for guests.
  • Collect and distribute mail appropriately.
  • Answer calls and direct them to the correct person.
  • Monitor and order pantry and office supplies.

General Administrative Duties:
  • Support client activities proactively.
  • Manage diaries and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle travel arrangements and bookings.
  • Process and monitor expenses using Concur.
  • Perform any other duties as requested.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in a professional services sector.
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
