Call Center Agent

A field customer service representative is required to work in a uniform clothing store in Riyadh, with at least one year of experience in sales required.

Job Responsibilities:
• Receive customers and direct them to their respective schools.
• Handle customer service via phone.
• Work with the sales team to return refunded goods to the school departments.
• Assist customers in making suggestions and complaints and ask them about their satisfaction with the services.

• Communicate with customers through calls and chats.

• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.

• Handling Customers complaints.

• Identify and help solve customer issues quickly and effectively.

• Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and. ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.

• Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.

• Handling customer’s surveys upon need.

• Minimum Education: High School Graduate

• Has experience of 1+ Years in handling customer tickets and chat support

• Professional Multi-tasker (worked in a company where you handle multiple tasks at the same time)

• Prior experience in customer service is a MUST

• Able to use CRMs.
