We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest-focused housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants towards achieving operational objectives.
• Prepare job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants and issue keys and supplies.
• Take note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, and Double-Lock Rooms, and take appropriate action.
• Inspect areas cleaned using a checklist to ensure standards are met.
• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
• Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants.
• Assist with inventory and maintenance of housekeeping machines and equipment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or vocational training in hospitality.
• Previous minor supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel.
• Good command of written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literacy and experience with Opera is an advantage.
