Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Receiving customer calls and responding to inquiries efficiently and politely.
  • Coordinating home medical service requests and scheduling visits.
  • Following up on customer cases and ensuring their satisfaction with the quality of service provided.
  • Recording data and updating customer information in the electronic system.
  • Dealing with complaints and feedback and resolving them or escalating them to management when necessary.
  • Continuously communicating with medical teams to ensure requests are executed on time.
  • Confirming appointments and reminding customers of scheduled services.
  • Adhering to company policies and maintaining the confidentiality of customer data.

Basic Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with various customers.
  • Proficiency in using computers and communication programs.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage time.
  • Previous experience in customer service or the medical field is preferred.
