Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal/external appointments.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests; draft responses where appropriate.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings and business reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Manage travel, events, legal coordination, and department-level administrative processes.

Qualifications:
