Join Citi as a Senior Executive Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive Assistant to support our Riyadh HQ CEO and leadership team, offering a chance to work in a dynamic financial services environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct support to the Riyadh HQ CEO and leadership team.
  • Manage day-to-day calendars, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Prepare and review materials for meetings and coordinate executive-level appointments.
  • Conduct desktop research and support the creation/modification of presentations.
  • Oversee business projects and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Assist with preparing memos, invoices, and other documentation.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support during events and engagements.
  • Assist in training and guiding other administrative staff.

Previous Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong office administration background, preferably in financial services.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent organizational skills.
