Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, communications, and priorities across professional and personal domains.
  • Plan and coordinate international and domestic travel for the CEO and family, including all logistical arrangements.
  • Prepare executive materials such as documents, presentations, and meeting notes—especially for investors and board activities.
  • Handle personal matters including household coordination, event planning, and medical appointments.
  • Liaise with internal departments, board members, investors, and vendors for seamless communication.
  • Monitor key business and personal deadlines, following up on commitments.
  • Support personal financial administration, including expense tracking and payments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:
  • 710 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in investment or financial services.
  • Strong management skills for both corporate and personal matters.
  • Expertise in calendar and travel management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and adaptable under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and travel tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required; administrative training is a plus.
