• Maintain an organized waiting list and reservation book.
• Assist in taking reservations both over the phone and in person.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.

As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with warmth and professionalism while reflecting the true spirit of Saudi hospitality. Fluency in Arabic and English and a passion for guest service are essential.

A roaming character performer is required for our exhibition. Tasks: wearing the character costume, positively interacting with the audience through body language, and taking photos. High fitness and excellent expressive ability are required.
