Human Resource Management Application and Monitoring of Human Resource Policies in line with Saudi Labor Law and Labor Office Regulations. Its main tasks include:

  • Employee Affairs Management: Updating employee records, preparing and renewing employment contracts to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Recruitment and Employment Processes: Monitoring recruitment procedures, supervising recruitment and sponsorship transfers, and dealing with government platforms such as "Qiwa" and "Muqeem".
  • Discipline and Employee Complaints: Monitoring penalties and warnings, and managing employee complaints and claims and providing legal solutions.
  • Salary and Wages: Coordinating with the finance department for the disbursement of salaries and bonuses according to the Wage Protection System.
  • Training and Reports: Monitoring the implementation of training and development plans, and preparing periodic reports on attendance, absenteeism, delays, and employee performance.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensuring the Wage Protection and Compliance file is updated in the Ministry of Human Resources portal.

Requirements

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
