With over 55 years in the global shipping industry, PIL is seeking proactive individuals to lead strategic HR initiatives in the MARO region. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and enhancing talent management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with the Regional Head to develop and execute HR strategies.
  • Talent Management & Acquisition: Lead recruitment and implement retention programs for key regional roles.
  • Compensation & Performance Management: Collaborate on strategies that attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Change Management & Organizational Development: Lead HR aspects of organizational change initiatives.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop HR capabilities within the MARO region.

Qualifications:
Applicants must have a degree in HR or Business with at least 15 years of relevant experience in a global firm, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
