Responsibilities:
  • Empower your team: Mentor your team through active coaching, clear direction, and regular feedback. Develop goals for HR efforts and report on progress.
  • Drive results: Partner with leadership for workforce planning and improve the full recruitment life-cycle.
  • Be an expert: Align business needs with HR objectives and manage departmental projects.
  • Influence change: Develop process improvements and strategies across the HR team.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of mentoring experience in human resources.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
  • Professional command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, marketing, or communications.

Recommended Qualifications:
  • Business understanding of software sales in high tech companies.
  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
