Management and execution of operations on government platforms (such as Qiwa, social insurance, Mudad, and others).
• Monitoring attendance and departure, calculating delays, absences, and vacations for employees according to the company's regulations.
• Preparing monthly payrolls and ensuring their accuracy.
• Creating and saving documents and administrative and financial settlements related to employees (contracts, letters, warnings, end of service).
• Contributing to the recruitment and hiring process by screening CVs, arranging, and conducting job interviews.
• Supporting the Human Resources Department in implementing internal regulations and procedures in accordance with the Saudi Labor Law.
• Submitting periodic reports related to human resources to senior management.
• Ensuring the confidentiality and organization of employee files and records.
