This vital role will oversee HR management, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, contributing to the development of HR policies that enhance the work environment and improve employee efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes: Responsible for job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.
- Training and development: Organize and implement training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and achieving their professional goals.
- Manage payroll and benefits: Ensure payroll and employee benefits are handled correctly, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Performance evaluation: Conduct periodic evaluations of employee performance and assist management in setting improvement plans.
- Ensure legal compliance: Monitor local and international labor laws and ensure the company adheres to them.
- Achieve employee satisfaction: Focus on employee satisfaction through support programs and improving the work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certifications such as PHR are preferred.
- Practical experience or training in human resources.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with a deep understanding of Saudi labor laws.
- Proficient in HR systems and programs and capable of executing operations digitally.
