We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to manage human resources and organize workforce-related processes at our company. This vital role will oversee HR management, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, contributing to the development of HR policies that enhance the work environment and improve employee efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment processes: Responsible for job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.
  • Training and development: Organize and implement training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and achieving their professional goals.
  • Manage payroll and benefits: Ensure payroll and employee benefits are handled correctly, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Performance evaluation: Conduct periodic evaluations of employee performance and assist management in setting improvement plans.
  • Ensure legal compliance: Monitor local and international labor laws and ensure the company adheres to them.
  • Achieve employee satisfaction: Focus on employee satisfaction through support programs and improving the work environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certifications such as PHR are preferred.
  • Practical experience or training in human resources.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with a deep understanding of Saudi labor laws.
  • Proficient in HR systems and programs and capable of executing operations digitally.
