About the Role: STAMP is seeking an organized and people-focused HR Specialist to support our growing team. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our employee experience, managing day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, and culture building. If you are passionate about people and processes, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruiting, from posting jobs to screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate a welcoming and organized orientation experience for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and payroll.
  • Compliance & Data: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Culture: Assist in planning company events and wellness initiatives to boost team engagement.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with HRIS softwares and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
