We are looking for a human resources specialist to manage and implement daily human resource operations, including recruitment, employee affairs, and applying company policies in accordance with labor regulations.
  • Managing recruitment operations (posting ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews)
  • Preparing employment contracts and following up on their renewal through the Qiwa platform
  • Following up on attendance and departure and preparing payroll
  • Managing employee files and updating their data
  • Following up on vacations, absences, and penalties
  • Dealing with social insurance and the Mudad platform
  • Implementing human resources policies and procedures
  • Preparing regular reports for management
  • Following up on employee performance evaluations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Experience of 1 to 3 years in the same field
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • High communication and organizational skills
