Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
3–7 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction industry in Saudi Arabia
Strong network within consultants, developers, and contractors in Jeddah/KSA market
Proven track record of winning construction projects or generating leads
Strong understanding of tendering, bidding, and construction project cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Preferred Skills:
Experience in MEP, fit-out, or general contracting companies
Existing relationships with consultants and project owners in Jeddah
Knowledge of Saudi construction market and regulations
Driving license in Saudi Arabia (preferred)
