• Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities.

• Support lead generation activities and follow up with prospective customers.

• Prepare sales reports, follow-up reports, and basic performance summaries.

• Communicate with clients professionally in Arabic and English.

• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to organize client data and sales information.

• Support senior sales team members in presentations and client meetings.

• Learn sales strategies, negotiation basics, and account handling under supervision.

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Workshop Assistant to support candle-making workshops (Fatelh).
Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up workshop materials (wax, tools, decorations)
• Support participants during the workshop
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Handle cleaning, arranging, and packing materials before and after events
• Assist in carrying and moving workshop items when needed

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Organized and able to keep the workspace clean and tidy
